What to Expect

We know deadlines matter. Most projects are completed within 1–5 business days, depending on scope. Need it sooner? Rush options are available so you never miss an opportunity.
Client Portal
Stay organized and informed with your secure client portal. Submit requests, upload assets, review progress, and approve designs all in one easy-to-access place.
Add-Ons
From extra revisions to copywriting assistance, we offer flexible add-ons to help you get exactly what you need. Customize your package for the perfect fit without starting from scratch.
What We Personalize
Text Replacement
Swap out placeholder text with your real content: names, descriptions, bios, offers, job history, captions, etc.
Color Updates
Match the template to your brand colors, seasonal palette, or preferred tones.
Font Changes
Adjust fonts to match your brand guidelines or improve readability.
Image & Logo Insertion
Replace placeholder images with your brand photos, headshots, product shots, or logo files.
Layout Adjustments (Light)

What’s Not Included
Custom Animations or Video Editing
We don’t animate templates, sync music, or add video effects. All designs are static unless otherwise specified.
Detailed Layout Redesigns
We don’t completely restructure the layout or redesign the template from scratch. Light adjustments only (e.g., spacing tweaks or rearranging text blocks).
Adding New Design Elements
We don’t add illustrations, icons, or design assets that aren’t already included in the template.
Custom Fonts Outside of Free Libraries
We can’t upload or license premium fonts on your behalf. Please provide the font files if needed.
In-depth Branding Strategy or Copywriting
We’ll format and place your text, but we don’t write or reword your copy. Please submit final content.
Major Format Conversions
We don’t convert between incompatible formats (e.g., Canva → PowerPoint with animations preserved).
Web Design or Installation
We don’t install templates on your website or platform (e.g., Showit, Wix, Squarespace). Files are delivered for you to upload.
Live Edits or 1:1 Calls
All work is done asynchronously. We don’t offer live Zoom sessions or collaborative editing at this time.
