Welcome to Tempalize (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our services, accessing our client portal, or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

  • Tempalize specializes in customizing and personalizing pre-made templates (e.g., social media posts, brochures, slide decks, resumes, etc.).

  • We do not design “from scratch.” All services are based on existing templates provided by us or approved by the client.

  • Services may include minor modifications (colors, fonts, content, layout adjustments) as specified in your order form or creative brief.

2. Orders & Requests

  • Orders are submitted through Jotform and/or directly within the Tempalize client portal.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information, including creative briefs, content, brand assets, and preferences.

  • Any requests made outside of the scope of the purchased service may require additional fees or a new order.

  • Tempalize reserves the right to reject orders that do not align with our services. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.

  • All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be received in full before any work begins.

  • Once an order is placed and work has begun, payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 7.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to:

    • Provide complete and accurate information during the order process.

    • Supply timely content, assets, and approvals through the client portal.

    • Respect portal guidelines (tampering with locked pages, deleting information, or misusing collaboration features will result in immediate termination of services without refund).

  • Delays in providing requested materials may extend delivery timelines.

5. Delivery & Revisions

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your request.

  • Unless otherwise stated, each order includes one round of revisions limited to minor adjustments (e.g., text edits, small layout tweaks).

  • Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

  • Completed projects will be delivered in the format specified in your order (e.g., Canva, PDF, PNG, JPG).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All templates remain the intellectual property of Tempalize or the original template creator.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the customized template for personal or business purposes.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our templates or designs.

  • Any unauthorized use of our templates or branding may result in legal action.

  • Client-Provided Templates:

    • It is your responsibility to ensure that any template you provide is compatible with the platform you request us to work in (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).

    • Any infringement, copyright violation, or legal dispute resulting from a template, asset, or material you provide is solely your responsibility. By purchasing our services, you agree not to hold Tempalize legally liable for such matters.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Full refunds are only available if:

    • We decline your order before work begins, or

    • You cancel before any work has started.

  • Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns within the scope of the purchased service.

8. Client Portal

  • Clients are provided with access to a personalized Notion-based portal for collaboration, file sharing, and project tracking.

  • Certain pages may be locked after initial completion to prevent unauthorized edits.

  • Misuse of the portal, attempts to alter locked materials, or violation of collaboration rules may result in termination of access and services without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Tempalize is not liable for:

    • Losses, damages, or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client submissions.

    • How you choose to use or distribute the final deliverables.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

  • Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your content, assets, or project details without consent, except as required by law.

  • You agree not to disclose or misuse proprietary tools, processes, or content shared within the client portal.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you:

    • Violate these Terms & Conditions,

    • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or dishonest behavior, or

    • Misuse the client portal.

12. Amendments

  • Tempalize may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

  • Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Tempalize operates.

  • Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in [Insert State].
